Illustration
All illustrations include small background details as framing elements included in the price. Deliverables include png and jpg files.

Character Design
Character and outfit commissions and highly personalized and hands-on, requiring mood boards and communication between myself and the client. The process starts with 3 designs, one of which is selected and continues into 3 color variations.Deliverables include all process work and a finalized clean sketch with flat color.

Vtuber logos are fun word marks that epitomize the lore, design, and identity of the vtuber.Deliverables
All logos will be provided as a vector file and png. Logo files will be delivered as: full color, black silhouette, white shilhouette, and one solid color silhouette.

BunnyTuan Studio is a professional cosplay influencer management agency in the US and EU that focuses on event experiences. One of their many partnerships with Hoyoverse has required cosplayer lineup announcements, which I've had the liberty of designing based off of the existing official Hoyoverse graphics.

General
By purchasing my services you are agreeing to the terms of services listed below. Please read carefully.Please credit at twitter.com/won_arch with use of the artwork. Do not modify, alter, or edit the artwork in any way - cropping and resizing is OK!Reselling the artwork is prohibited.Commissions used for the purpose of blockchains, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or anything related is strictly prohibited.Communication
Important Note: The time zone I live in is PST (Pacific Standard Time).Discord or twitter is preferred to be the primary platform for communication.Please be respectful and keep on topic regarding the commission. Ask for updates if you'd like, but I will send regular updates throughout the process.In the instance that I am not given a reply for client-input-heavy procedures within 4 days, the commission will be put on hold until a reply is received.Revisions
After the sketch has been confirmed, there is an allowance of up to 5 minor revisions. Additional revisions will come with an extra cost (starting at $5 USD) based on complexity of the revision.Commercial Uses & Fees
Standard commissions (illustrations and chibi) are for personal use only. Such commissions will have an additional commercial fee applied to for use on streaming platforms as pngs ro MVs (i.e. Twitch, Youtube, ect.) Commercial commissions, with the commercial fee included in the price include: emotes, lgoos, overlays, png-tubers, character designs, references sheets, and vtuber models.Commercial fees are dependent on the project and use, please contact me if you are interested.Delivery
Deliverables will be sent to the provided email as a zip file. The file format for the commission files will be optimized to the commission type. Additional file types (i.e. png or vector files) can be sent.There is no physical item. Only a digital copy.Payment
As the client, you are expected to complete the payment within 7 days of receiving the invoice. If there is no payment or communication effort made within this time, your commission will be canceled.Payments under $300 is expected in full and upfront.Payments over $300 can be made in intervals with a down payment of 50%. The down payment can be negotiated.Additional payment can be required after quoting for extra or complex revisions.Refunds
Refunds are available dependent on which step of the process I am at. Full refunds are only available if I have not begun the commission.
